Correctional Bargaining Decision – OPSEU

In terms of wages, they have successfully negotiated 9.5% over 3 years. 2022 -3%, 2023 -3.5%, and 2024 -3%.

Arbitrator Kaplan released his arbitration award for the Correctional Bargaining Unit at noon today. Here is a link to his full decision. A reminder that this decision is final and binding on the parties.
